Why ZORALab Do This?
As ZORALab deals with small and medium businesses information and data where some are highly sensitive in nature, ZORALab needs a reliable communication messenger for its day-to-day instant messaging between customers and among our agents that will not get us into privacy trouble.
In this case, Signal Messenger is the best choice for sensitive information communications, replacing our old Whatsapp Business channel.
Does that Means ZORALab Leaves Other Messengers For Good?
No. We will compartmentalize all disputing messengers into an isolated device somewhere in the future. You still need popular messengers like Whatsapp and Telegram for social media marketing purposes.
Training Module Purpose
The purpose is to further detailed out how to interact with Signal Messenger, extending the support from https://support.signal.org/hc/en-us. We are providing this self-help training module for free.
The main reason is that ZORALab interacts with very non-technical folks handling
tech for the first time. We’re looking at people who do not get what
means and can mentally break down trying to find settings page. These are the

Hence, for now, it makes sense to park the training materials under ZORALab training division until upstream folks requesting an upstreaming pull request or there is a better and sustainable idea.
